On Friday, June 10, 2011, Memphis Habitat's supporters celebrated an exciting moment in the affiliate's 28-year history as they dedicated the new headquarters at 7136 Winchester Road. Memphis Habitat also reopened the Habitat ReStore at 7130 Winchester Road. The store had been closed since July 2008.

The affiliate had been headquartered at 169 Scott Street since 1998 and had long outgrown the space. The new building features a dedicated classroom for Financial Peace University, a children's room, multiple meeting rooms and a large open space for events. Tours of Memphis Habitat are available by contacting Julie Romine at 901.322.3506.

On World Habitat Day, October 4, 2010, Memphis Habitat and its partners dedicated the first three homes built in Trinity Park, the organization's first planned development. Less than a month later, two more homes were dedicated.

In Spring 2011, work in the neighborhood continued with the construction of 11 additional homes.

Thirty-eight families will call Trinity Park home when the neighborhood is completed.
