ReStore

Want to donate your new or gently used home goods, building materials or appliances to Habitat? Your donations will benefit the ReStore, Habitat's retail store that helps us fund the construction of Habitat homes, while providing an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of landfills. All ReStore merchandise is generously donated by individuals, churches, schools and businesses, and it is sold at 50 to 90 percent below retail value. Tribute Gifts

A gift in memory or in honor of a friend or loved one is a special way to let them know how much they mean to you. An acknowledgement of your generosity will be sent by Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis to your designated tribute if you so wish. You may make your tribute online or via mail. Online tributes should simply fill in the honor or memory designation and provide the tribute’s address if you would like an acknowledgement sent. NEW: If you would like a holiday tribute card mailed on your behalf, please submit your request by Tuesday, December 21st. To view the 2010 art, please click here. Tribute gifts received via mail should include whether the gift is in memory or honor of the person and any acknowledgment addresses you would like us to send. Matching Gifts

Ever wish you could double your gift to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis? You can! Employer Matching Gift programs are offered through many companies, and could possibly double or even triple contributions made by their employees and retirees. Your employer may be one of these! The process is simple: ask if your company has a Matching Gift program. If so, obtain a Matching Gift form from your personnel office, complete this form and return to Habitat with your contribution.

Vehicle and Equipment Donations

Cars for Homes provides another way individuals and groups may contribute. Donate your cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles or other vehicles. Proceeds generated from the sale of vehicles through Cars for Homes are used by local affiliates to build homes within their community (Consult the IRS or your tax adviser for details). To donate a vehicle, call toll-free 1-877-277-4344 or visit www.carsforhomes.org.

Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee License Plate

You can pre-order your Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee License Plate by clicking here. Habitat of Tennessee needs to sell 1,000 license plates in order for the plates to go into production. Please help us make this a reality!
