By donating to the ReStore, you are helping to reduce waste by diverting usable materials from local landfills. The ReStore provides customers with an environmentally responsible way to reuse, recycle and repurpose second-hand building materials and home goods. Extending the lifecycle of vintage furniture adds history, style and eco-savvy to any home. Customers can find one-of-a-kind items at the ReStore, and everything will be priced below retail value! So, by donating and shopping at the ReStore, you're being green, and by shopping with us, you're also saving some green!

Most importantly, the ReStore supports the work of Memphis Habitat, helping us to build even more homes for families in need!

To volunteer in the ReStore:

Volunteers are essential to the success of the ReStore. We currently need volunteers throughout the week, both to help in the store and with deliveries.

Volunteer shifts are as follows: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 1 to 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesdays through Fridays, and 9 a.m. to noon and noon to 3p.m. on Saturdays. You must be 14 and up to volunteer in the ReStore. Anyone 14 or 15 years of age is required to have a parent volunteer with them during the shift. Anyone 16 or 17 years of age must fill out a youth waiver and have a parent sign it.

Volunteers are assisting with cleaning, organizing, repairing items, stocking shelves, assisting customers, etc. There is something for everyone!
