The 6th Annual Home Team Huddle

Party with a purpose this Super Sunday, February 7 by hosting a HOME TEAM HUDDLE party for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis! All hosts receive a HOME TEAM HUDDLE Party Pack, including an event t-shirt, beverage coasters, posters, "MVP" stickers for guests and many other fun promotional items. Guests are asked to bring a donation of any size for Habitat to help ensure their party is a successful Huddle!

Top fundraising hosts are eligible for great group prizes, and everyone who hosts or attends a party (whether or not they make donations) has a chance to win an NFL weekend getaway for two.

Fifty-nine parties in the Memphis area "huddled up" for Habitat during the Matrix Achievement Group HOME TEAM HUDDLE on Super Sunday, February 1, 2009. Cole Perry was the winner of the 2009 NFL drawing, so he and his dad will be headed to an NFL game of their choice this fall! The 9th Annual Exotic Italian Car Show

Check out dozens of the rarest and most breathtaking automobiles on the road today. Featuring everything from vintage Ferraris to state-of-the-art Lamborghinis and Maseratis, this Father’s Day event is always a hit!

The 9th Annual Exotic Italian Car Show will take place on Sunday, June 20, 2010. The location is yet to be determined. All proceeds raised benefited Habitat in its efforts to eliminate substandard housing in the Memphis area.

The 2009 event took place on Sunday, June 21 and featured:

Breathtaking cars
Free hotdogs and chips
Fun raffle items
Hula Hoop, Water Balloon Toss, and Sack Race contests
Face painting and games for kids

The 8th Annual Tool Box Bash

Support Habitat’s efforts to eliminate substandard housing while tasting an array of fine wines, enjoying live music and bidding on more than 150 fabulous live and silent auction items.

The 8th Annual Valero Memphis Refinery Tool Box Bash took place on Saturday, November 14 from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Hilton Memphis. It raised more than $44,000 for Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis, making it the most successful Tool Box Bash in the affiliate's history!

This year's event featured a New Orleans theme with lots of great wine, fabulous auction items, yummy hors d’oeuvres and festive music from the New Orleans Jazz Ramblers. Tom Prestigiacomo served as our Grand Marshall.

All patrons received beads and masks to wear at the event, and they had the opportunity to be voted as the Tool Box Bash King and Queen (based on festive attire and a festive attitude!). They also received a complimentary event photo of themselves dressed in their Mardi Gras-cocktail finest!

The 2009 title sponsor was Valero Memphis Refinery, and the event was presented by GE Capital Aviation Services and Cummins Mid-South. Additional sponsors are The Wine Market, Bancorp South, Shierson Family Foundation, Pfizer, Oak River Homes, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Delta Air Lines, Jazz Foundation of America and DirectFX.
