Special Event Sponsorship

Involvement with one of Habitat for Humanity’s annual special events gives your organization an exceptional opportunity to assist in our efforts to eliminate substandard housing in Greater Memphis and beyond. Habitat boasts a range of events, including an upscale, yet relaxed dinner and silent auction, a dazzling Italian car show and a fun Super Bowl-themed promotion in which supporters host parties in their homes. Not only do special events help Habitat to raise much-need operating dollars, they also offer the following benefits for your company, civic group or faith-based organization:

Building Hope Annual Reception: Commitment Level: $500 to $10,000
Memphis Habitat’s annual fundraising event gives us an opportunity to highlight some of our recent success stories, while continuing to bring the focus back to the tremendous need in the city of Memphis and the surrounding areas. Building Hope
takes place every April.


Youth United: Commitment Level: $500 to $10,000
Marketed to students between the ages of 5 and 25, Youth United offers young people the chance to help build a Habitat house every year as part of the Spring Build. Youth work throughout the year to coordinate leadership, fundraising and awareness events. Those who are 16 and older help build the home itself.


Family Services Support: Commitment Level: $2,500
Financial education is an important part of Habitat for Humanity’s program. All homeowners graduate from Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University, and they receive their own FPU kits, so they can share their training with their families.

HabiTeam Sponsorship

Join locally based companies like FedEx, Hilton Hotels, International Paper and Poag & McEwen who have taken team-building to a whole new level! With a HabiTeam sponsorship , your employees and colleagues will enjoy the chance to take professional development outside of the conference room to an environment where they can really do some good…while learning to work more effectively together! These are primarily weekday building experiences. Habitat is willing to work with you and your team to facilitate on-site team-building curriculum and activities, beyond simply house building. Sponsorship levels vary according to individualized plans to meet each company’s needs.
