Bid Room

Bid Room/ Contractor Info

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis has opportunities for Tennessee-licensed contractors to submit bids or RFQs (Request for Qualifications) for work through two of our programs: New Home Construction projects around Memphis and Shelby County, and Aging in Place* projects in Shelby and Fayette Counties. Memphis Habitat accepts bids for new construction and RFQs for our Aging in Place Program on an ongoing basis. For more information about working with Memphis Habitat through these programs, please click on the appropriate program in the In This Section menu.

*The funding for this project was provided through a grant awarded by the Davidson County Chancery Court, Part III from the SeniorTrust/ElderTrust settlement (Case No. 11-1548-III) and through a contract administered by the Tennessee Commission on Aging and Disability.
