Memphis Habitat’s next Aging In Place program call-in pre-application period will be at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. This round of projects will focus on critical repairs and accessibility needs, with other work being done as budget allows for City of Memphis homeowners age 62 and older ONLY. Any information left for non-homeowners, homeowners who younger than 62, and homeowners who don’t live within the city limits of Memphis, TN will not be processed. We can only accept a limited number of calls due to huge demand and limited funding sources, so we are only accepting 100 pre-applications messages from those who have not received our services in the past. We CANNOT accept any walk-in applications.
ALL applicants must call into the AIP hotline 901-322-3500 on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 starting at 9 a.m. and leave a message with their name, address and phone number. Application slots will fill up within minutes, so be sure to call right at 9 a.m. Any calls placed before 9 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19 will not be accepted into the program. Applicants must have all documentation available immediately and will be accepted on a first-come, first-qualified, first-served basis. We appreciate your patience as we work to help more homeowners live in their own homes longer.
