Shopper Guidelines
Be Safe
- Safety is essential. Do not run, jog or speedwalk while inside the ReStore.
- Watch over your children at all times.
- Firearms, large knives or weapons of any kind are prohibited in the store.
Be Kind
- Please be courteous to everyone in the store.
- Do not remove items from other shopping carts.
- Harassment, discrimination or any form of bullying will not be tolerated.
Be Respectful
- Treat our items gently. Sealed items are for looking— not opening.
- Disruptive behavior may lead to you being asked to leave the building or permanently banned.
- Shoplifting is a crime. We have cameras located throughout the building.
Return Policy
The Memphis ReStore does not allow refunds for purchases, with the exception of appliances and electronics. To receive a refund for these items, the customer must provide the receipt and return the items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Hold Policy
Memphis ReStore does not hold items that have not been purchased. Purchased items can remain in the store for up to three days to allow customers time to arrange for pickup. Items not picked up within that timeframe will be returned to the sales floor and priced for resale. The customer will not receive a refund or store credit for those items. The customer can receive a donation receipt for the amount of the purchase, if requested. The Memphis ReStore is not responsible for any items left in the store. The hours for picking up items are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, or Saturday.
