New Home Construction

Ongoing Invitation to Bid Process

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis extends this invitation to bid on certain items and services for our new home construction program in Memphis and Shelby County in 2018. Habitat utilizes both private and public funding – which may include Memphis and Shelby County Community Redevelopment Agency, TIF Funds, NMTC, TN Housing Development Agency, HOME, CDBG and City of Memphis Grants – for some of these projects, and abides by all federal state and local procurement guidelines set forth. Memphis Habitat accepts new home construction bids on an ongoing basis.

Applicable local, state, and federal regulations such as, but not limited to, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246 are required.

To be considered, your bid must include the following completed documents submitted TWO ways:

The documents that should be emailed and mailed are as follows:
1) Company Profile Form
2) Habitat for Humanity Comprehensive Subcontractor Agreement
3) Copy of your General Liability Insurance and Workers' Comp. Insurance
4) W-9 with instructions
5) Copy of TN Contractor or Home Improvement License
