Queen and Dallas' Story

Every child deserves a stable beginning. Meet Queen and Dallas! If you ran or volunteered at the Bluff City 10K, they may look familiar to you. They were at the finish line with their mom and dad - handing out medals, high-fiving, and thanking runners for putting in 6.2 miles in support of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis. Maria's Story

Every mother needs to know her children have a stable place to call home. “Everything started from this house,” – Maria, a Memphis Habitat homeowner since 2001 Maria wanted to buy a home for her children. She wanted them to know they wouldn’t have to move again. She wanted to feel secure, so her kids would feel secure.
