Procurement Meeting

Memphis Habitat will host a hybrid in-person/Zoom meeting open to interested vendors, general contractors, subcontractors, home repair companies, and licensed home inspectors on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at 10 a.m. at the Memphis Habitat offices at 7136 Winchester Road. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis extends this invitation to bid for certain items and services for new home construction and to partner with us in our senior home modification projects. We are also seeking licensed home inspectors.

Habitat will use both public and private funding sources, which may include but are not limited to: Tennessee Department of Health; Memphis and Shelby County Community Redevelopment Agency Tax Increment Financing (TIF) funds; New Markets Tax Credits; Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA); Habitat for Humanity of Tennessee; the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati; Bank of Bartlett; Financial Federal Bank; Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC); and Green & Healthy Homes Initiative (GHHI). The City of Memphis, Division of Housing and Community Development, is a partner in this program. The funding for these projects is also funded by by the U.S. Department of the Treasury and The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), including Community Development  Block Grants (CDBG) administered by the City of Memphis, Division of Housing and Community Development, making Memphis a world-class city by facilitating and delivering resources and services that improve the quality of life for every neighbor and neighborhood. This project is also being supported, in whole or in part, by federal award number SLFRP5534 awarded to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Memphis, Inc. This project is also funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee.

Habitat will abide by all federal, state, and local procurement guidelines. Applicable city, state, and federal regulations, such as but not limited to Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246, may be required. Awardees of new construction bids and senior home modification partnerships must agree to comply with all applicable grant requirements. Memphis Habitat accepts new construction bids and senior home modification partnership applications on an ongoing basis.
